This is a product that has good intentions, but doesn’t function too well at all. The reusabilty is wonderful, and is why I gave this product 2 stars, but these pads were not absorbant enough to prevent leaks- the milk just leaks out the bottom rather than being absorbed by the pad, and the leakproof lined outer layer is so rigid that it doesn’t conform to the shape of your breast at all.

These pads are fairly thick and bulky compared to disposable pads, and unfortunately show through even the thicker padded bras, so unless you plan on wearing them with a bulky sweater you might want to opt for the more svelte Lily Padz or thinner disposables.
