These divinely soft flannel fitted sheets for Arms Reach Co-sleepers (Mini, standard and sleigh bed) are wonderful against even the skin of a newborn, and feel quitedry even when soaked in spitup or other messy baby accidents- which helps with the guilt factor associated with finding out that you didn’t immediately discover the spitup or accident.

As I discovered, flannel sheets are one of the best ways to keep a sleeping baby sleeping through the night, help a fussy baby calm down, and ease the transition from a rocking parents arms to the bed. The breathable flannel is also multi-season and comfortable in the summer as well as the winter.

The organic cotton used in these sheets is great for soothing the worries about how many chemicals baby is exposed to, and the fair trade practices and the fact that these sheets are sewn by home sewers add to the ‘feel good’ qualities of these sheets.

One word of caution, however- these sheets do not fit the organic futon mattress that I purchased from the same reseller. They fit the default cosleeper mattress wonderfully, but caused the futon to buckle and bend in half. Supposedly this issue has been resolved and they now fit the futon mattress perfectly- but if you are purchasing them for this use… Buyer beware. Kidbean didn’t respond to my email inquiries and I ended up reselling these on ebay with a more clear description of what they would fit.

That said, I am now shopping around for new organic fitted sheets for my son’s crib, and the quality and construction of these sheets was so nice that I’m definitely going to be looking into RoundBelly clothing’s line of cotton crib sheets.
